• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Disable email per domain

Basic Pleskian
I have one domain in a subscription that requires using Googlemail. I can setup the MX records to point to Gmail, but I can't disable the email for only one domain, I have to disable it for the entire subscription.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Unfortunately, option 1 "Suspend Specific Mailbox in Reseller Account" stops the mailbox from receiving, but does not stop the server from handling the email.

The second option "Suspend Emails Services for a Specific Domain in Reseller Account" stops the server from handling the email, but unfortunately, it suspends Email Service for the Subscription, not a specific domain. So if my subscription include the domains mydomain.com and another.co.uk, I can suspend email services for both of them, not just one of them.

You can uncheck box of mail quota.
That will help in this condition.
