I have been at this ALL day. I have two domains setup on Plesk:
Domain 1 (with plesk mail services) can not email Domain 2 (with outside mail services (Exchange Server). Error I get is the following:
550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local
Steps Taken
1. I have disabled the Post office box in Mail Enable
2. Updated MX & A records to the external Exchange Server
Plesk use to have an option to disable or enable mail services on the domain level but that is no longer available. Why? Not sure... has created a huge and time consuming dilemma for sure! I have googled and searched this forum all day long and have not found ONE solid solution to this issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciate!
