• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Disable webmail.domain.tld for every Domain

Hi,

i got the following question:
We are hosting only one Webmail instance under our main Domain webmail.xyz.tld. So how i can disable all Subdomains like webmail.domain.tld to host their own Webmailer?

If i browse to a customers website like webmail.customer1.de our webmailer is shown up. Problem is that some of our Customers dont have an SSL Option enabled, so the Login for the Webmailer will be unsafe.

How can we disable webmail.customerdomain.tld and only allow Webmail on our Main-Domain?

Cheers,
Marco

You can just set webmail to None for these domains in Mail Settings, or delete webmail A record in DNS settings.
