Disabled "system" button on left column? 9.2.3

Hello. On a 9.2.3 Plesk panel I see my left column with these links:

Home
Resellers
Clients
Domains
Settings
System
Modules

But the "system" button is disabled, why is that? Am I missing some features or these contents under "system" just got moved to another location?
Unless I am missing something, I cannot access the "Resource Usage" page besides going form the main page. Maybe this is under "system"?

Help ...

Nevermind, with a certain skin it made the "system" title/group title look just like a link.
