• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Disabling email notifications without admin account

Server operating system version
psa v18.0.58_build1800240123.15 os_CentOS 7
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.58
Hello,

I recently got a message from a cliënt stating that they are receiving mails for updates (such as Google Analytics Dashboard for WP).
They would like to turn those notifications off, after looking on google I found a guide that said that it is possible with an Admin account to change the notification settings in Tools & settings.
However me and my colleagues manage the cliënts we have but not the server itself, so I do not have access to an Admin account.
Is there anyway to be able to change this without having access to that account or is the only way to connect with the owner of the server?

Kind regards
