disk quota (hard limit) problems

Hi all,

I got a problem with quota-support to.
My specs :
Os : redhat enterprise rh4
Plesk : 7.5.4-rhel4.build75050824.12

When i try to set a hard quota is says
(hard disk quota is not supported)

If i login with root ill do the following

# quotaon -va
/dev/md2 [/data]: user quotas turned on

# quotaon -pa
group quota on /data (/dev/md2) is off
user quota on /data (/dev/md2) is on

Then i go to plesk and try to change the a webusers limit

If I do that i see

# quotaon -pa
group quota on /data (/dev/md2) is off
user quota on /data (/dev/md2) is off

and
# quotaoff -av
quotaoff: quotactl on /dev/md2 [/data]: No such process

So quota is working fine (i think)
Only when I use plesk it crashed or something?? :S

Does anyone have the solution?
