Disk usage: 168MB OTHER

A customer complained that he was getting limit exceeded messages, so I checked his control panel.
The pie chart said that 168MB was used by "other", and I could not find on the disk any other files belonging to this user,
(I used # find / -user username|more )
apart from web site, a few stats files, and some mail - none of them amounting to much.

How can I discover what PLESK found for this large Other value?

There are included backups of domain from /var/lib/psa/dumps/clients/client_name/domains/domain_name/ and statistics from /var/www/vhosts/domain_name/statistics/

Many thanks.. Indeed when I wiped those, their Other usage went down to nothing..
