Good Morning!
I have several days trying to configure my DKIM and SPF record that my newsletter manager has given me.
My current hosting is Strato and I work with a dedicated server using PLESK 17.5.3 Update # 45.
I have created my two DKIM and SPF records in the DNS of my domain (image1), following the settings provided by acumbamail (image2), but they are not verified, I tried it at DNS Lookup tool, Reverse DNS lookup tool - www.DNSWatch.info and it appears to me that my TXT records have not been created (image3).
Can anybody help me? I need to verify my DKIM and SPF records since many of the emails arrive at SPAM and I want them to be signed by acumbamail to avoid more accurately being considered SPAM.
