Resolved DKIM signature is not working

Hello,

I have a server with Plesk 18.0.28 and DKIM signature stopped working. No mail is signed with dkim.

I followed these steps (How to check if DKIM is working on a domain in Plesk) and all is correct

I don´t have any firewall or similar.

In /var/log/mail.err I can see this error all the time:


Oct 4 18:55:10 xxxx dk_check[17665]: DKIM verify result: DKIM Feed: No signature
Oct 4 18:55:10 xxxx dmarc[17666]: SPF record was not found in Authentication-Results

Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply. In this server all dmarc records are:

_dmarc.domain.comTXTv=DMARC1; p=none
 
Having the same problem. Messages set to forward to email account on same server get discarded when p=quarantine. Method 1 in the document worked.

Bad problem because you don't know if your email is being discarded or not. This one started with a dk_check which failed:
DKIM verification (d=amazonses.com, 1024-bit key) failed: signature verification failed
