I'm trying to enable DKIM on my server.
Tools & Settings -> Server-wide mail settings: "DKIM spam protection" is checked.
Domain -> Mail Settings: "Allow signing outgoing mail" is checked.
I use an external DNS server and add these 2 TXT records: default._domainkey and _domainkey .
I compare the entries (with dig and ns.lookup) and they are existing and the key is the same.
I think that this is not the problem.
When I send a message the signature is missing.
I test with dkimvalidator.com and www.mail-tester.com
and both give the same results: “This message does not contain a DKIM signature”.
I have disabled and enabled DKIM for Server & Domain (and a try lot of more things) but it is not working.
