• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Issue DMARC control fails

Hi all,

We have problems with some domains and DMARC.
Some emails are not received.

In the logs, there are lines like this:

DMARC: smtpdomain=em9713.email.wetransfer.com maildomain=wetransfer.com mailfrom=[email protected] stamp=1685452387 ip=185.209.208.10 adkim=relaxed aspf=relaxed p=REJECT sp=UNSPECIFIED pct=100 align_dkim=fail align_spf=fail spfres=fail dkimres=unknown dmarccheck=DMARC_POLICY_REJECT dmarcstatus=STOP
postfix-local[2662592]: 062FD1C1CC31E: dmarc: stderr: STOP

For example, mails from Wetransfer (known service legitim) are no received.

An idea of the problem?
If not, is it possible to exclude some custormers/domains from the DMARC control on a server?

Erwan

Hi Peter,
I had found this but unless I am mistaken, it is used to indicate senders to authorize (here [email protected]).

Is there a way to exclude the recipient domain (our client installed in Plesk)?

Peter's right. Either DMARC checks are disabled server-wide, or individual domains are whitelisted from the check with the article he shared.
