  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue DNS 9.9.4 ( named service ) can not be started

Dear All,

After upgrade plesk to 17.8.11 and DNS(bind) to 9.9.4 on centos 7, the named service can not be started...
So, how to resume DNS service ?

After tried to update the zone file ( include A records and SOA ) and unsign DNSSEC config, but, there is still no A records of ip address as attachment...
So, any more help ( recover DNS service ) ?

Plesk is using 17.8.11 and bind is using 9.9.4
