Our server running 9.5.3 it was working fine suddenly dns went down after a reboot and right after that DNS showing switch off mode , we tried to switch components to bind or MSDNS but it give following errors all Plesk such errors resolutions went failed, please help

Ticket Entry: Error: Set default component failed: defpackagemng failed: Execute dnsmng.exe REMOVE * failed: The file exists. (Error code 80) at GetTempFileName in C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\db\
Execute dnsmng.exe UPDATE * failed: The file exists. (Error code 80) at GetTempFileName in C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\db\

Try following:

1. Open cmd
2. Change directory to - %plesk_bin%
3. Execute command - defpackagemng.exe --fix --type=dnsserver

Seems it is related to some zone file. The problem in search this zone. Try to investigate logs, etc. When you find it you can just delete it for fixing this problem.
