DNS Change ? domain.com versus www.domain.com

How can I make it so that the domain names we host are accessible through both domain.com AND www.domain.com ?

To do it go to Domains>DomainName>Preferences select WWW checkbox and press ok.
 
It seems that the problem in DNS. It has record www.domain.com but doesn't have domain.com. Or also the problem may be at host header of this site
 
Thanks! I'm new at this hosting stuff in general, so learninb both Plesk and other areas. I'll look into the DNS, then.
