DNS only template

Using 7.5.4 I am trying to create a domain template that ONLY allows creation of domain. I created a domain template and didn't select "Physical Hosting" however, when creating a domain using this template an option appears for physical hosting/frame forwarding, etc.

I want to supress this completely and only allow DNS creation, also wish to supress any MAIL options.

Is this possible.
