DNS Problem. Please help

I'm totaly mixed up. please help meeeeeeee.


I have 52 domains running on this server and all working fine just one of them NOT Resolve when I try to open it from browser.

This is my server's info. please tell me what is the problem.

persina.com is down.
DNS record for All of domains is : ns1.persina.com & ns2.persina.com and all of them are working fine except Persina.com
I'm using windows DNS server as plesk dns component.

Also when I look at "FORWARD LOOKUP ZONES" list in the windows DNS Server. there is no record for PERSINA.com and plesk does not Generate it.
