Issue DNS propagated, domain shows ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian v18.0.44_build1800220614.18 os_Ubuntu 20.04

Hi,
Let me put everything here:

• Domain is on godaddy
• Hosting is with other provider
• using cloudflare
• Nameserver on godaddy have been updated with the ones provided by cloudlfare

No code/files added, just default index.html is present.
accessing domain gives ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Also to notice if I enable cloudflare proxy, then error becomes ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
