DNS Protection: DNS Amplification Attacks

Dear Support,

How can I use this dns option on Plesk Panel 11.0.9 :

rate-limit {
responses-per-second 5;
window 5;
};

For protection from DNS Amplification Attacks it would be enough Log in to Parallels Plesk Panel as admin then go to Tools&Settings->DNS Template->DNS Recursion Tab.
Place the dot next to the Allow for local requests only. Click the Set button.
