DNS record exists in Plesk but is not working

I have "webmail.xxx.xx. A xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx " record in my dns configuration and it is working when I ask my dns server but it is not working for all other dns servers.
My domain is working worldwide and CNAME records are working too but A records seems to not work at all.
What might that be?
