DNS server stops

Dear all,

We have a windows 2008 server (web edition) running plesk 9.2.

Sometimes the DNS service just stops and our sites and mailboxes can not be reached any more.

In The event Log, the following error appeared:

UDP client handler shutting down due to fatal receive error: host unreachable


I have found a similar tread here:

But no answer has been given there.

Is this a Plesk bug that you are aware of?

You know what i feel like zombie here no one reply to our threads and i can see you post is empty too.

I am still waiting for my one. MEMAILFILTER_USR.EXE AND MEMTA.EXE error thread.

Dear,

I thought that the "troubleshooting" section of this forum, especially for the latest plesk version, would be monitored closely by Parallels support team, but no... frustrating indeed...
