DNS Settings Hidden in Plesk 12

Paula1

New Pleskian
Hi there,
I cannot find the DNS Setting in Websites&Domain TheWebsite/Show More

I tried changing:

Tools&Settings
Plesk
Custom View setting (DNS template settings checked)

Also:

Tools&Settings
Plesk Appearance
Interface Management
-Power user View
(with & without) Use Custom View
-Service Provider View
(with & without) Open hosting operations in Server Administration Panel

However when I go to

Websites&Domain TheWebsite/Show More, the DNS settings are still missing.

Is there any other setting I can try to show the dns settings?

Thanks in advance.

P.

Check that you have enabled permissions for DNS management in corresponding subscription.

Hi Igor,

Thanks for the quick response!

I went to:
Subscription (there is only 1 "mydomain.com" and is using Unlimited Plan)
General tab
-Permision tab (Show more permission)
All of them are green (enabled). However I cannot see any DNS Management/Option/Permission.
I tried editing my Unlimited Plan and none of the tabs shows DNS options.

Any other advise?
Thanks!

Hi Igor,
I went to Subscription/General/Permission and
There is nothing about DNS related in the entire list of permissions.

My Plesk Panel is not showing the DNS zones at all.

Any help will be appreciate it.

P.
