• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

DNS Settings problems (Plesk 10.3.3)

bizzehdee

New Pleskian
CP: Plesk 10.3.3
OS: Ubuntu 10.04

I click on any domain, then "[Manage in Control Panel]", which takes me to the individual website as a power user, i then go to "Websites & Domains" and then to "DNS Settings" (which has the url: https://[IP]:8443/smb/web/proxy/type/dns

what i get back is a HTTP 200 OK but no content at all.

i get all the content perfectly when i have under 200 or so websites, the next time i checked, i had over 900 sites all together, and i get this zero content.

is there anything i can do?

i have already done what i have read on http://kb.parallels.com/article_41_967_en.html and http://kb.parallels.com/en/2066 to fix the problems i had with apache. bind seems to run perfectly, the only problem im having seems to be with plesk.

any help would be appreciated.
