NEWBIE. PLEASE HELP!

We are using external DNS Server for nukkom.com
all of our DNS records are at the registrar.

www.nukkom.com is hosted in the INTERNAL Network.
on our DC for the moment.

Now we want to host another domain but in our DMZ Network
and using Plesk. So we purchased a new domain name
at our registrar: secureob.com

We added at our registrar the following nameservers:
nukns01.nukkom.com = 69.70.40.131
nukns02.nukkom.com = 69.70.40.132

Then We have changed the nameservers for secureob.com to:
nukns01.nukkom.com = 69.70.40.131
nukns02.nukkom.com = 69.70.40.132

The question we are asking ourselves is which IP do we have to
put in the <ip> of the SERVER - DNS section.

NOW PLESK:
SERVER - DNS
<domain>. NS ns.<domain>.
<domain>. NS nukns01.nukkom.com
<domain>. NS nukns02.nukkom.com
<domain>. A <ip>
<domain>. MX(10) mail.<domain>.
<ip>/24 PTR <domain>.
ftp.<domain>. CNAME <domain>.
mail.<domain>. A <ip>
mssql.<domain>. A <ip>
ns.<domain>. A <ip>
sitebuilder.<domain>. A <ip>
webmail.<domain>. A <ip>

IF WE LEAVE IT AS IS WE GET:
10.10.10.10 / 24 PTR secureob.com.
blog.secureob.com A 10.10.10.10
ftp.secureob.com CNAME secureob.com.
mail.secureob.com A 10.10.10.10
mssql.secureob.com A 10.10.10.10
ns.secureob.com A 10.10.10.10
photo.secureob.com A 10.10.10.10
secureob.com NS nukns02.nukkom.com.
secureob.com NS ns.secureob.com.
secureob.com NS nukns01.nukkom.com.
secureob.com A 10.10.10.10
secureob.com MX(10) mail.secureob.com.
sitebuilder.secureob.com A 10.10.10.10
webmail.secureob.com A 10.10.10.10
www.secureob.com CNAME secureob.com.

IF WE CHANGE THE <ip> WITH ONE OF OUR PUBLIC ADRESSES WE GET:
10.10.10.10 / 24 PTR secureob.com.
blog.secureob.com A 60.70.40.131
ftp.secureob.com CNAME secureob.com.
mail.secureob.com A 60.70.40.131
mssql.secureob.com A 60.70.40.131
ns.secureob.com A 60.70.40.131
photo.secureob.com A 60.70.40.131
secureob.com NS nukns02.nukkom.com.
secureob.com NS ns.secureob.com.
secureob.com NS nukns01.nukkom.com.
secureob.com A 60.70.40.131
secureob.com MX(10) mail.secureob.com.
sitebuilder.secureob.com A 60.70.40.131
webmail.secureob.com A 60.70.40.131
www.secureob.com CNAME secureob.com.

Since it is the first time we are going to host, can our clients use
only our nameservers: nukns01.nukkom.com and nukns01.nukkom.com
or they have to purchase advance DNS Services at their registrar.

We would like to thank you for taking the time to help us.

Christian.
