a reseller may like to have his own dns servers and now they have to change dns settings for each domain after creation ...

cpanel has this function since years ...

Not only!!! One of my clients (type 'reseller') changed global DNS template!!!! Via XML interface - added a few records.
Please, consider this vulnerability!!!
