DNS transfer zone problems. Windows 2008

I have plesk 8.6, Windows Server 2008 Standard and plesk DNS zones configured with Microsoft DNS.
The DNS zones configured on plesk no transfer changes to secondary server plesk zone.
both servers have same version of Windows, plesk and MSDNS.

No firewall beetween servers, and the transfer zone ar allowed for server1 and server2. an if i configure one MsDNS zone manually on mmc, changes transfer correctly to secondary server


Any idea?.
