Hello,
I'm wondering whether Plesk has a DNS zone change history?
I believe that Plesk stuffed up a DNS zone the other day after suspending and re-activating it again.
Their root domain A record had a Squarespace IP and everything else such as mail and webmail records had the server IP. After suspending and re-activating the account, all the A-records in the zone had the Squarespace IP and as a result their mail stopped working. I've had to fix up the records but due to TTL, it will be a little while longer before their mail starts working again.
This is in Plesk 10, wasn't sure where else to post this.
Has anyone come across this issue before?
Kind regards,
Chris
