Issue DNSZone Database Error

Hi can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Every time I try to remove a subdomain or access my DNS Settings, I am getting blocked by this Error.

Error: DNSZone::Table::select() failed: no such row in the table.

I tried Upgrading my Parallels Panel but it won't connect. I have a stable internet connection.

Also tried to fix it using sql queries provided by previous fixes but it wont work. Any help? Can any admins update my panel? Thanks!

# plesk repair db

?
