if you have had a broken install for a while when you removed the broken install and you update you probably have lots of updates running in the background after you run update

looks like you need to clean the apt cache now

sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

also do the plesk repair now to check for errors

plesk repair all -n

if you find errors you can either

plesk repair all

or

plesk repair all -y

this should fix the errors now the corrupt install has been fixed

ok after doing the translation it would seem the update / upgrade is fixed now

obviously goes without saying if you're not using that ipv6 interface then remove it and fix those remaining errors out of my scope thou

So all should be good

you could try installing docker again now

make sure to remove all docker traces from /var and /etc

plesk bin extension --install docker

Should I delete the above folders with content?

I think that's ok. I didn't buy this extension from Plesk. When trying to install Jitsi Docker was installed by the install tool. Since then, there have been errors when updating Plesk. I had tried all sorts of suggestions but had no success. I was able to solve the problem with the instructions given here. I will now leave the installation of Jitsi and use a server without Plesk.

docker is problematic at times

it also may not be starting once installed also because your ipv6 ether needs fixing i recall a few years back on docker with ubuntu not through Plesk thou

docker would not start because it could not bind to an ip address

but yep no problem I'm glad i could help a little

Lol i have fallen victim to this before after installing things and i can't remember what process i did to install it to get it to work and ended up with a borked machines LOL
