Does Domain Limit Option include Tomcat

I intend to buy the Plesk 8.2 Domain Limit Option - 30 domains - 199$. But I have several questions:

1. Does this option include Tomcat?

2. If this option does not include Tomcat, can I install Tomcat directly to server which has Plesk 8.2 installed already?

3. What are features included/not included in this option?

Well, the default Plesk bundle doesn't have TomCat included. All add-ons are to be purchased separately. After TC is added ($49.00) to the license you would be able to manage TC via Plesk.
