  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I may not publish a site, shows me this error:

The site cannot be published to the specified location.
The specified site location does not support dynamic pages. PHP is not installed.

Help please....

It looks like you are trying to publish site which includes some dynamic modules. In this case remote publishing host (to which you are trying make publication) should observe some list of requirements and PHP must be installed there.
For more information please check http://www.parallels.com/products/plesk/sitebuilder/reqs page -> Published Sites Server Requirements.

If you are trying to publish site into Plesk hosted domain, make sure that PHP support is enabled on domain in Hosting Setup section.
