Does Plesk 8.6 work in Windows 10 with WYSIWYG?

I am a webmaster for a local club ( I only do VERY basic stuff, change dates, post notices, pictures...) Our site is hosted. I recently had to buy a new laptop with W10 installed. Now when I try to use the access for the website, it only shows code?
I have been using the PPWSE 1.1 editor and it worked last month on my old laptop with older version on IE.
Is this a problem due to being so old?
How do I ask the site host to update the programs and access?

They said to download and install FireFox ?

While waiting, I did some testing....even the OLD program will work by selecting "compatibility mode". Works now. Still OLD.
