Question Does plesk provide one click solution.?

A friend of mine has recommended me plesk to manage my hosting server. I like to go for the AWS cloud server but, I am not a techie guy. So, I can't manage the AWS server all by my own that's why I am looking for a third party host to manage my AWS server. There is so much noise on google with this one click solution and some of the companies like Cloudways are claiming to provide one click operation to host and manage AWS server. So, Is Plesk also providing some familiar activities.

Are you talking about one-click installs of Plesk or one-click installs for third party applications?

AWS has a library where you can easily deploy a Plesk instance, and Plesk offers an application library that will allow you to deploy common applications such as Wordpress.
