domain alias don't work

hi altogether,

i am working no with plesk 8.0; before that 1 worked with confixx 2.0; it was very easy & fine; plesk is not yet so!

my questions belogns to the domain alias area

i have to domain with different tld's, meanfor instance

1) mycar.de -> as main domain
2) mycar.com -> as domainalias

when i open www.mycar.de it works, but when i open
http://mycar.com or http://www.mycar.com, it doesn't work.

where could the error be; is that a bug in plesk or what??
