Hi,
I have a problem with a domain alias after unsunspending through SSH the main domain.
A domain was unsuspended because of a pending backup task, but I needed to activate it anyway. As I couldn't stop the backup task, I enabled the domain through SSH /usr/local/psa/bin/domain -u domainname.com -status enabled
The main domain works fine. I try adding a new alias, also works fine. But the existing alias that was created before the suspend/unsuspend is still not working :
If you see this page it means:
1. hosting for this domain is not configured
or
2. there's no such domain registered in Parallels Plesk Control Panel
I tried deleting the domain alias, rebooting the server. Creating it again .. but still nothing.
It is really urgent, as the trafiic of the site comes from that domain alias.
I don't know what else to do. any idea??
