Domain alias redirects to parent domain

CristinaP

New Pleskian
Hello,
I had to create a domain alias for a parent domain, that shows the same content as the parent domain. I checked the option to sync the DNS and web settings of the parent domain with the settings of the alias and the alias shows the contents of the root folder, so it's alright. The problem is that when I access the alias domain in the browser, it automatically redirects to the parent domain, but I need it to remain on the alias. I can't figure out how to do that. Does anybody have any idea how to do it? I googled it for hours and I couldn't find anything relevant to solve this issue.

Thank you.
