Basically, the end result we're looking for is this:
Multiple domains need to be pulling from the same httpdocs folder, but have different SSL certificates associated with them.
Is it possible to do this? My initial thought would be to use domain aliases to have the different domains "act" as one, but I don't see any way to associate those different aliases with different SSL certificates.
It's possible to do this manually through the Apache config files; can it be done through Plesk?
