Domain backup and restore doubts

Hello, everyone.

As far as i could experience, i can generate a backup for a domain and restore it whole.

But if i just want to restore one single missing file? Is there any easy way for me to do this while i´m an end-user?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,

Using the Plesk backup utils does not make it easy to do single file restores.

Options:

1) manually ftp/download all your site files

2) Invest a small amount of $$ for 4PSA Client backup (or Total Backup)

3) You can script/cron to tar.gz your site's files and upload the backup to an ftp server (or just manually download them via ftp)

These methods would be easier to be able to restore single files when needed. It can be done with the backup utils files, but the procedure is more convoluted since they tar them, then mime encode them.
