Issue Domain Connect not coming up

New Pleskian
Comes up with a domain registered with godaddy, but adding a domain registered with google the domain connect option is not coming up, at all, and is NOT shown in the domain settings anywhere.

where did this disappear to and why? google is clearly marked as compatible and works with.
