Domain Creation Problem

When I attempt to create a domain, I get this error message. I am using a 1&1 VPS with Windows Server 2003 and IIS is configured but I dont understand what I need to do to get this problem to stop. I can create domains like php.my-server-name.com or anything else but I just cannot create my-server-name.com domain. What is the problem???

Service is not available now, probably your Plesk is misconfigured.

Check if postoffice for floridagulfvirtual.com was already created in MailEnable:

Run %plesk_dir%\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Bin\MailEnable.msc

If it is there then remove it and try to create domain again.

mchk.exe --all --fix=all
