domain doesnt work with the "www." before

hello...
i have this problem...

i added a client and a domain..
but when i access from browser to my domain with the "www." doesnt open

this is the domain if anyone wants to test (ddesign.org)

http://ddesign.org --> works
http://www.ddesign.org --> doenst works

what is the problem here ? maybe is so simple that i cant find it errrr

Check if www is added as a CNAME record in the DNS section of the control panel.

if www is added and it's resolving correctly to the ip address, the problem is due to missing host header in IIS. you
have to contact ur host in this case
