Domain gets disable automatically

Hi,

I have a strange problem, Domains gets disable automatically from the IIS and it also delete Bind DNS zone files.

Please can anyone help me out.

Hi Sanjay,

That's may look strange, but the reason should be of cause
check server logs and action log, somebody or from somebody this was happened.
and run virus checking

I have checked all the logs and event bievers but couldn't find anything strange.

I have fixed it by deleting schedule backup.

Hi,

I have a issue that daily some domains get disabled automatically as well as deleted BIND dns zone.

At last schedule backup profile was the real cause because profiles was corrupted and I have recreated it.

Domains can be disabled either when subscription is finishing, or backup is not working correctly and fails on some domains and i means that backup is not full.
Contact support team to investigate situation
