Domain Hosting Problem

I have a Plesk on windows server.

Plesk is running on the IP given by godaddy 208.109.X.X

I have an External CISCO Firewall on IP 208.109.X.Y

I am having problem adding domains in plesk. After adding domains in the plesk i cannot ftp to it neither http resolves.

Someone knows the solution to it. Godaddy people are saying that there is some DNS setting problem.
