Domain isnt showing up at www?!

when i generate a new client with a new domain at plesk everything works fine.

by accessing the clients ftp and uploading the files still everything is fine, but if i go to the www.domain.com afterwards the files arent showing up and the index.html ehich i uploaded to the ftp is not there.

its like the www.domain.com is accessing a different folder on the server than the one plex has set up for it ?!

Is the www record in your DNS? Can you ping it? What is one of the domains you're having problems with?

after a server reboot the domain shows up now
