Domain locked out after backup completes

For the last two weeks the automatic backup of our main domain has kicked in and completed (it's sent the e-mail saying completed ok) but it hasn't re-enabled access to the site, leaving us off the air until the server is rebooted.

Any ideas on why this may happen ?

I have the same problem.

Temp Answer:

Re-enable domain from plesk, restart apache

Works for me, but I agree, a pain.
