Domain migration

Howdy,

I have to migrate my hosting server to a new one. I had bought a Plesk license and installed the panel on a minimal CentOS 5.2 distro. Everything seems to work flawlessy but I need to migrate all my services to the new server trying to get no downtime. How can I achive this?

My old server's services:
- DNS
- Web-hosting (with FTP access)
- MySQL hosting
- Mail hosting (courier-imap)

Thank you,
Alessandro.

EDIT: Actually the only service I need help with is courier-imap. The last time I moved my server I used this method:

1) Disable the MTA on the new server;
1) Add both servers (the old and the new one) in the DNS as MX with the same priority;
2) Wait for the DNS update;
3) Disable the MTA on the old server;
4) Copy the old mailbox directories contents to the new server;
5) Enable the MTA on the new server.

During the MTA downtime there shouldn't be any loss (usually MTA retries the connection after a while if the last one failed).

Anyone has a better method compatible with Plesk?

I installed the migration module but it doesn't work: Plesk Panel tells me (I'm translating from italian) "No migration agent has been found. Data migration is not available".

From what I've read, the migration module should be used to migrate from Plesk or cPanel but on my old server I don't have Plesk installed!

Thank you.

EDIT: I found this document in the Knowledge Base... it seems to fit my needs.
