domain name appears in red letters & (?)

can anyone tell me

1. why the domain name appears in red letters under subscription panel?
2. why the (?) appears in red next to a domain name under subscription panel?


I have chenge expire and overuse settings but they still appear
 
If an account was over using a resource it will appear in red. Even after you have fixed it it will still appear in red until the plesk server does its nightly maintenance operations. If you check it tomorrow it will be back to normal.
