domain not being recognized ???

I'm completely lost on the following issue:

I am hosting a domain ending in '.it' with a domain alias ending in regular ' .com'.
Webpage domain.com and www.domain.com work fine but neither domain.it nor www.domain.it work properly as both show Plesk's default page. Wemail and mail service for both domains work fine too.

The domain's conf file is as follows:

<VirtualHost 74.55.209.253:80>
ServerName "domain.it:80"
ServerAlias "www.domain.it"
UseCanonicalName Off
ServerAlias "domain.com"
ServerAlias "www.domain.com"

<IfModule mod_suexec.c>
SuexecUserGroup "userxxxx" "psacln"
</IfModule>

ServerAdmin "[email protected]"

DocumentRoot "/var/www/vhosts/domain.it/httpdocs"
ErrorLog "/var/www/vhosts/domain.it/statistics/logs/error_log"


Any idea??

Did you try to reconfigure vhost with 'websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost' ?

Sorry, forgot to mention that I tried 'websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost' too to no avail.

If you use Plesk 10 you need use this comand httpdmng...

root@node:/opt/psa/admin/bin# ./websrvmng
WARNING: You are using obsoleted option, use corresponding option of httpdmng.

Usage of httpdmng here:

Example here: /opt/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-domain yourdomain.tld

Thanks but domain with ending in .it still doesn't work; .com works fine as usual.

The path varied a bit, here it was

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-domain domain.it

Any other idea???

Im from Italy (.it) the 75 % of domains in hosting with plesk is .it and all work fine.

Only 1 problem for geo extentions for example:

domain.mi.it domain.rm.it domain.to.it

Only if you have a geo extension domain... For the standard domains .it not exist any problem.
