Domain Over used with space Limit set!!!

I set a domain limit for 2GB, but the domain use about 3GB now.. the plesk cannot auto block it? why?
 
Does plesk calculate logfiles within the limit?
Default is set not.

Server > Server Preferences
System preferences
- Include in the disk space usage calculation
- When calculating disk space usage, count ...

The limits in plesk aren't hard limits
To set a hard limit you have to turn on hard disk quota (if supported by your server)
> GO to the domain > Setup
Account preferences
- Hard disk quota
