Domain redirects to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

i have added a domain (tansalp.com), it was working working good, but when i was change the ip address of domain its forwarding the page http://www.tansalp.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi , i couldnt find any solution for this error on the web. i hope to fix this error with your help

is it only for me? i m confused. i tried again and forwarding to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

ok. sorry for this i have cleared the browser cache and i have fixed the problem
