• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Domain Restore Problem

After doing a backup using the PLESK domain backup feature, upon attempt to restore the domain I get the following:

START LOGGING: Tue Feb 15 12:03:04

===============================================================================

Attempt to connect to MySQL server ... done

===============================================================================

Checking packages installation ... done
'216.xxx.xxx.16' ip address does not belong to 'cliff_Myclient' client ip pool.

But the real IP is '216.xxx.xxx.168'

So it appears that the backup is not making note of the correct IP or the IP is getting truncated in the backup file so that we cannot restore the domain.

I will have to add '216.xxx.xxx.16' to the client pool just to restore then switch it back to the proper IP.
